Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase from Be Her. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

Return Eligibility 

We offer refunds to your original payment method or exchanges, excluding final sale items and gift cards. 

  • Return Request Window: 
    Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order through our returns portal. 

  • Item Condition: 
    Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, undamaged, and free from stains or odors—with all tags attached and original packaging included. 
    Please note: any alterations will make the item ineligible for return. 

Return Shipping 

Once your return request is submitted, you’ll have 14 days to ship the item back. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 

  • Returns sent after the deadline will be eligible for store credit only  

Processing Time 

After your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Return Fee

A $3 return fee, along with the return label cost, will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges & Reorders

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive your new item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original piece for a refund.

Shipping

We’re excited for you to receive your Be Her order.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Please note that shipping times are separate from processing times.

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or method are not guaranteed. However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact us at info@shopbeher.com , and we’ll do our best to help.

Taxes 

All orders are shipped within the United States. 

Applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
